Welcome to the home of the Strategic Dialogue Roundtable.
Formed in the early 1980’s, the Strategic Dialogue Roundtable functions as a sounding board where members can seek and give advice on the issues that small business owners face everyday.
Whether the question is as seemingly simple as the proper use of company cars, to as complicated an issue as an acquisition opportunity, a member has probably dealt with the same challenge and can offer their experience on the matter.
The strength of the group comes from the members depth of knowledge, their willingness to share expertise and the understanding that confidentiality must be maintained - some members actually use the roundtable as their unofficial Board of Advisors.
Member companies have ranged from distributors, manufacturers and software developers, to truck maintenance companies and gift stores, and literally everything in between. The companies themselves may be unique, but they all share common issues.
Revenue size and years of service are largely irrelevant - we have had small and large firms, startup companies and 4th generation family owned businesses.
